The
channeller must be involved in a discussion with the target, and the target
must be aware of the channeller
when the weave is cast. The weave increases an NPC's
disposition by one level (indifferent to friendly, friendly to helpful,
etc.) and gives a +5 to Diplomacy
rolls for the channeller when dealing with the
target while the weave is in effect.
